Cancellation Policy

At VOILA Studio, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible while also ensuring smooth operational workflows and fair model/studio coordination. Please review the guidelines below:

1. Cancellation Within 24–48 Hours of Booking: If you need to cancel your shoot within 24–48 hours of booking, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
2. Products Dispatched for Shoot: Once your products have been dispatched and models/studio slots are booked, cancellations are not permitted. Preparations (like model bookings and studio scheduling) would already be underway.
3. Out of Stock Products: If a product becomes out of stock before reaching our studio (typically within 2–3 days of transit), inform us immediately. We can either replace it with another product or adjust your shoot accordingly.
