Refund Policy

If you have made an overpayment or require a refund due to a genuine billing issue, we are committed to resolving it swiftly and fairly.

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds are applicable in cases of accidental overpayments or billing discrepancies.
• The excess amount will be refunded to your original payment method or as per your preferred mode, after verification.

How to Request a Refund:

• Provide your order number, name, and a brief explanation of your request.
• Our team will review your submission and may ask for additional details.
• Upon approval, the refund will be initiated.

Refund Timeline:

Approved refunds typically reflect in your bank or payment account within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible while maintaining fairness in scheduling and coordination.

Within 24–48 Hours of Booking:

If you need to cancel your shoot within 24–48 hours of booking, please reach out immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.

After Product Dispatch or Slot Confirmation:

Once your products have been dispatched and model/studio slots are booked, cancellations cannot be accepted. At this stage, resources such as model bookings and studio arrangements are already committed.

In Case of Out-of-Stock Products:

If any item becomes out of stock before it reaches our studio (typically within 2–3 days of shipping), let us know immediately. We can either substitute it with another item or adjust your shoot plan accordingly.
